Not booting. Shows bar on startup and gets stuck

Hey guys
I have a serious problem. I got a Filemate ExpressCard SSD but since I started running OS X from it I encountered serious problems. I had to install OS X quite a few times already but then I was able to backup with Time Machine. So now I have a working backup but I restored about 203 times already but I still have the problem of my Mac not booting up.

When it starts up it shows the grey Apple logo with a loading bar underneath it which just gets stuck. I left it like that for several hours so that I know for sure that it was stuck.

Anyways, right now I am on a restored Time Machine backup but Time Machine won't backup. It gets stuck and so I thought I open Console.app. What I found is this which doesn't really have anything to do with Time Machine but probably with my booting problems:

EDIT: I just ran through Disk Utility to repair permissions and a lot is wrong. But nothing can be solved..

If I were you, I would reinstall SL from scratch clean, update it, then selectively restore certain items only from Time Machine. reboot and test after each step.

I installed Glims (a Safari plugin) yesterday or so but it never seemed to work when I opened Safari. I expected my Mac not to boot so I backed up all my files and then restarted my Mac. But...it started just fine! I did that a couple times just to check if it is gonna stay like that and it was perfectly fine.
Now the weird part is that I used Safari and quit it quite a few times. And just now it suddenly opened the last tabs I had opened when I quit Safari the last time which means that Glims, the Safari plugin, is working. I have no idea why it suddenly started working again. I found that a bit suspicious and started Disk Utility to verify my disk...and it does not look good:

Yeah I will probably reinstall it and make a back up & restart after every step . At least I have my home folder on another disc now so I dont have to worry about my files and settings. I hope this won't happen again after I reinstalled Snow Leopard.

What a strange thing to happen. I just booted from my Snow Leopard disc and was ready for a reinstall after I got this boot screen last time:

So I booted from the SL disc and was just about to reinstall. But then I thought, why not run DiK Utility first. This time I clicked 'repair disc' again as I did lat time (with lots of errors) but this time I suddenly got the message that everything was fine! Then I just restarted my Mac without reinstalling and it seems to be perfectly fine now.

Is it possible that it is not my ExpressCard SSD's fault? Maybe something is/was faulty with my ExpressCard slot as I have never used it before I got my ExpressCard SSD a week ago.
The only thing I noticed when booting is that iStat Menus are not showing up.
