Not Charging...MacBook White 13"

I have the old MacBook White 13" and my battery hasn't been able to really charge for the past few weeks. It does charge but extremely slow (about 1% every 30 mins or so) and wont charge with it off. I thought it might been the charger, but I went and bought a new charger and still not charging right. I just got the batter replaced few weeks ago so cant be the battery and I checked the battery health and it's says normal and the health is at 96%. What else could it be? I'm thinking the charging port perhaps? If it is, how much would that cost to be fixed? I already made a genius bar appointment for Monday, but trying to get an idea what it could be.
