Not Charging

I know what it means but why is it doing it on my iPad Pro 10.5 inch 512 GB when I plug it into my monitor USB hub ?

My iPhone 6s Plus seems to be charging fine I believe.

you need more watts on the usb outlet otherwise the ipad wont charge. iphones are less picky.

u cant... need to plug into another port or the power block. for example, on my HP laptop only one of the 4 ports can charge the ipad.

Your monitor USB hub may not be passing power, some hubs don't, so you will have to find a different USB port for your device.
