not charging

Hello,

I have had two airpods, Airpods Pro 1st gen and second gen,
I swapped the first one to 2gen because sometimes one of the airpods wouldn't charge correctly in the case.
Very anyoing when you think they are both charged fully, and they aren't

Now this started happpen on my Gen 2 gen as well.
What i'm i doing wrong here? are Airpods just bad, or should I buy the 3gen now, and have it happen once again?😥
