Not connecting to celular data after few minutes

I am having a problem with iOS 9 beta. I get disconnected from the cellular data (Verizon) after a few minutes of use. I didn't noticed at the beginning because I had a connection with Wi-Fi, but when I went out today I had to restart the phone several times to get a few minutes of data connection. I restored the network settings, but I am still having the same problem. Any help to fix this?

Appears to be an issue when moving in and out of LTE. Lots of people have the same issue, there's a couple threads related to it on the Apple Dev forums. The only fix I've found so far is to disable LTE completely. You can also temporarily fix the issue by going into the cellular settings and toggling cellular data off and on.
