Not connecting to internet through Airporat Extreme

I have a MacBook and until yesterday was happily working with the internet using Airport Extreme.

This morning I am unable to connect to the internet on my MacBook. The Airport icon indicates there is a connection with the Airport Extreme and I can access the internet through another PC that is also connected to the Airport.

Any suggestion on getting my Macbook back on line would be appreciated!!!!

I believe I am connected to the correct network - which happens to be my name. However whenever I try to connect I get a "timeout" message.

When you try to connect to the internet, you mean? Can you connect to the other computers on your network and to the router itself? (I can walk you through that if you don't know how.)

I can hardwire connect to the Airport and then the internet - but am unable to go wireless.
