not disturb while driving -> "car mode" -> more "modes"

I'd like that not disturb while drive become in a mode settings for ios

Several years thinking that it's possible create a profile settings or mode settings depending situation

This is two modes I would like
Car mode (almost a not disturbing while driving
Trigger if you connect to hands free of your car
- silent every notification (for now I have received WhatsApp while driving)
- allow Siri works on lock screen (classical settings for protect if your iphone is stolen or lost)
- only admit words commands for music or phone calling

Home mode
Trigger if you connect to your wifi router and you are at home place
- allow control center and siri in lock screen
- disable Touchid for unlock (only for trade or pay in stores)


is it not disturb while driving the begging of something similar?

home mode sucks... i dont want to disable the touch id at home anyways...
