^According to the apple page under 'preparing to ship'

Would I still be able to return my iPhone 6 to the Apple store once it ships to my house on Friday if I don't open it?

You can refuse the delivery, or otherwise have to get a return label and return via snail mail. Unfortunately, Apple doesn't allow online iPhone purchases to be returned in store anymore...not sure why

You can exchange in store correct?

^ What he said. Is there a reason you're thinking about returning what you're getting? RAM, color, size, etc? I feel like if you return it immediately, you're going to get grouped back into one of the October waves once more of them become available.

Thanks for pointing that out! I pre-ordered two (only need one, my little screw up) and was going to attempt to return in my local store. Guess that's not happening.

Where does it say that you can't return in store?

http://store.apple.com/us/help/returns_refund

I believe it has always said that in the return policy but last year I returned my online tmobile 5s to an Apple store no problem.

I wouldn't be comfortable sending back an $850 full price phone by mail. How long would it take them to refund my CC?

If I decide I don't like the 6 after it is delivered tomorrow they better take it back at the store.

You got it shipped to you with no problems, right? Ship it back with no problems.

Will receive 6 tomorrow. 6+ ended up shipping early from October 1st. I don't want to refuse shipment I did that before with another company and it was a mess.

What company?

Amazon

I'm sure I will have no trouble returning at the store. Tmobile is a non contract phone. Last year there was 30 day return on the Tmobiles but only 14 day with AT&T and verizon contract phones.

Strange I know.
