Really now apple only 5 dev members, and you must apply.

well that means if there is a leak and apple traces it to a company there are only 5 suspects.

At-least Microsoft had the decency to release Vista to enough people to see a torrent of a copy that was locked again after the trial expired.

Heck they even learned to better lock their OS from the fact so many people got a free copy.

But no, apple decides that they will do their best to limit the amount of iPhone development.

If your a big name company then your in.

Middle size company with a decent need for enterprise servers you have a chance.

Garage developers can have a pretend iPhone to develop on.

that's what im thinking, though people are saying the 99$ fee for listing gets you it because it says 'access to pre-release iphoen software'. Though, i personally think it;s just access to new tools that will ne beded for nre things in 2, and framework for new 2.0 features, NOT the actual firmware itself.. but I guess we'll know once someone actually gets teh sdk and then pays for a membership for the listing..
