Not exactly an osx question... (OS9 on blue&white)

I was going to get OS9 and I noticed that most of the OS9 for sale on ebay are the disks that came with imacs or powermac G4s. Will these work on my blue and white?

Probably not. Be safe and get yourself a generic installer of OS9.
