Do you really expect Apple, combined with clueless cell phone companies, to know what's going on before a product launches? Wait until it's actually released. Then people will have the knowledge and access to the right information to help you out.

I would be very disappointed if mine is not delivered and they have in store. They have my money and I think it is unacceptable if they sell in store before deliverer all the ones sold online.

well, it was not 100% known if it was to be sold in store
also, they can only fairly allocate a certain % to online orders

you always get an order number, no matter what you order. its a unique reference
