iPod Not getting album artwork from iTMS?

Has anyone had a problem of not getting album artwork from songs downloaded from iTMS?

I bought some tracks last night but only got the artwork for some songs, and for some of the songs iTunes displayed just the "Drag album artwork here" where the album art should go.

I checked in the store and all those songs had artwork displayed in the album view page on the store, so I should get the artwork right?

It wasn't just one artist/album, it was several artists and albums, so it's weird! This is the UK Store by the way.

I have e-mailed iTMS support but wondered if anyone else had this problem before.

I had the same prob. I purchased the whole album I Am a Bird Now by Antony & The Johnsons yesterday from the UK store and none of those songs had album art. But i've already added them myself.
Just try this script.

Had that problem with the Lord of the Rings: Return of the King soundtrack. Customer service and I exchanged about 6 emails; no matter how many times they reauthorized the download, I didn't get the album art. Finally, they started to get a bit pissed at me and told me to just add the album art myself. (Which was provided by Amazon, I think.)

See if they can fix it on the first try; if not, I wouldn't waste too much time bugging customer service.

Yeah, this has happened to me a few times. I use amazon cd covers to fix it.

You can use http://data.uneasysilence.com/uneasydata/assets/itunes/itunesalbumart.php to get the official iTunes album art by dragging a link to the album from the iTMS to the input box on that page.

Unfortunately, this site didn't work for me. I've just downloaded the new Donald Fagen single (H-gang), and didn't get any album art. I'll just have to wait for iTMS customer support to do its thing.
