Not getting notifications on IPhone 14 Pro Max

I am not receiving notifications for any of my apps. 2 examples are Ring Cameras and Whisker. I have all notifications settings turned on, none are silenced on either the phone and in the app. I checked all settings as instructed by Apple, turned settings off then back on, rebooted my phone, etc. All of the equipment that I should be getting notifications for are connected to my WiFi and other phones are still receiving notifications. It is only the IPhone 14 not getting the notifications.

Me too I hope someone can solve this. I have a couple apps where it doesn’t give a badges, vibrations or even notification banners and everything is on as it should be and off that should be off.
