I feel like an idiot. I have checked every setting I can think of on the watch, AirPods and phone. I am running the latest betas.

Any settings I can check? Not getting notifications nor is Siri reading my texts. They were before the beta? Guess it could be the beta?

The last beta fixed notifications but Siri is not reading my texts when I’m playing music on the watch. If I am not listening to anything, it will read my texts through the AirPod Pro’s.

Anyone seeing this?

Are you playing Apple Music? If not, I don't think Siri will read the texts with other services. Even with Apple Radio or Music, going, I couldn't get Siri to read texts with my AirPod Pros on. I am not running the beta.

I am playing Apple Music on my watch connected to my Airpods. Phone is in the gym locker far away. When a text message comes in, Siri used to lower the music volume and read the text. Something along the line of "You have a new message from Nicole: Good morning". Now I just get the ding. It works while listening to music on my iPhone with AirPods, but stopped working correctly on Watch to Airpods. I reported it as beta feedback.
