Not getting prompt for credentials when connecting to SMB

I manage a mostly Windows based network. One of our new users has an iMac. I am trying to get her to connect to her personal drive on our server(Windows 2008 file server). Upon putting in smb://ServerName/ShareName it just says connecting. It does not bring up a window to input active directory username/password credentials.

There is another user on an iMac but they don't have any issues. I am not a very experienced mac user yet so I am not sure what I am missing.

Any ideas?
