Not getting USB 3.0 speeds with iPhone 16 Pro

iPhone 16 Pro is only connecting to my laptop at USB 2.0 speeds.

Windows 11 laptop (Razer Blade 15 2022)
iPhone 16 Pro on 18.0.1
Known good USB-C 10 Gbps cable (CableMatters) tested with external SSDs.

Any ideas?

Any ideas?

I'm getting 10 Gbps speeds with this Cable Matters Cable, Windows 11 (Dell XPS8950), and an iPhone 16 PM on 18.0.1.

I used USB Tree Viewer to confirm the USB connection speed.
