Not in Sync with Exchange Calendar

Has anyone had a problem with some meetings that are on the corporate Exchange server not showing up on the iPhone? I thought maybe this was due to re-occuring meetings that had no end date, but that doesn't seem to be the issue.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated!
