I’m sure this has been asked many times. Earlier this year upgraded to the X, paired my AW with new phone lost some achievements. Not upgrading phone this year but may pounce on the AW 4 how do I save my achievements from current watch to the new one? Thanks.

Not losing your achievements when getting new AW

Do a backup of your iPhone to your computer with encryption and you will get everything when you setup the new watch and restore.
Apple store your achievements in Activities app in iPhone so if you don’t change iPhone then you’ll have nothing to fear. If you only concern about your achievements I think you don’t even have to make a watch backup on iPhone. I used to have problem unpairing my watch so no back up but when I get the new watch all the achievements still there.
