I was expecting them to go more into detail about iCloud Drive integration on iOS devices in today's Keynote but they didn't say much. They talk about videos but so far there's no way to access videos on my iPhone that I've put in my iCloud from my macbook.

For me, without an iCloud Drive app for iOS, it's barely useful.

Is there a way to share a, let's say, link with the PDF I just made to someone that is working with me on it?

Yeah, an iCloud Drive app was the way to go, maybe in iOS 9

I am hoping that Apple would release the iCloud Drive app separate from the iOS itself since it was not publicly announced.

Perhaps Apple doesn't see it as a necessity since "file system" is considered too complicated for iOS users by Apple so they choose not to include it built in to the OS (Apple wanted to replace it in the first place).

This would be kind of similar to Find My iPhone.
