I don’t think it works on older fire sticks. I managed to get it on my 4K fire stick.

That device isn't supported, only the newer boxes.

I have a 4K Fire TV Box in the bedroom, doesnt look like its available just yet. Barely anything to watch on Apple TV+ anyway.

My fire TV stick must be pretty old. I got it as a Christmas gift 2 years ago. I was able to download the Apple TV+ app from the amazon App Store on the device. I searched for Apple TV and it came up.
How do I even find out what version of the fire TV I have?
