not picking up new ct-call-waiting.caf (call waiting tone)

i am using SSH and cyberduck to modify the ringtone for call waiting.

i rename ct-call-waiting.caf to old_ct-call-waiting.caf, then uploaded the one i created as ct-call-waiting.caf

from cyberduck window, i tested the new file and it is the one i uploaded. however, when i tested calling waiting on the phone, it still gives me the original tone.

any idea why it's not picking up my new tone???

for the record, i was able to uploaded new tones for (1) calendar alarm, (2) voice mail without any problem. i just can't seem to get the call waiting tone to work.
