Just getting the basic iPhone 17 Pro, not max in 256 instead of the 5something 
too early and will be burning some of my small amount of leave that I have (can't ever save) just for the orange color. I plan on going to my local Apple store early, like maybe 7 AM? Or by then, do you think lines will be jammed back?
Also, I would pre-order, but only have the amount due after the trade-in is accepted this year. In my area, there is only one other Apple retail store, but that is a county over, then that is it. There are Best Buys and such. There was a pull-over on another thread, and most say they would get the orange in either Pro or Max, yikes.
On the other hand, my lunch is at noon EST time. Would they sell out of that color that quickly? If lucky enough and score one, and the paycheck is deposited, what I can always do is pre-order full price since the charge has to drop off in a few days afterwards, depending on who you bank with. Mine it does. Can I go to the Apple Store and tell them I'm trading in, so do the trade-in before the pickup?
