When 4G is turned off, I don't receive some messages (excluding group messages) till I turn the 4G back on again. Does anyone have an idea why this might be happening? Do other iPhone users have to have the "Send as SMS" toggle turned on in their Messages settings for me to receive a message from them if my 4G is turned off?
