Not receiving text messages/phone calls/voicemails....any help?

Well I am receiving text messages and the voicemails, but I get them much later than they were sent. The time stamp on them shows a earlier time than it is when I actually get them.

Any help?

My device is jailbroken....4.2.1 with greep0ison. Could this be messing the phone up?
