Not receiving texts but able to send, help ?

Since yesterday night I started to noticed all the people I was texting didn't write back I'm like =O

Today I wake up no new texts I'm like =O
So I came to realize I'm not receiving my texts -_- but I'm able to send them and the other person received them.

Anyone has or had this problem ? Help.

I'm using iPhone 4 btw.

Had this happen to a friend of mine. Even after doing a full restore to stock firmware he still was not able to receive texts. Went to the genius and they swapped it out for a new one.

I had 103 unread text does this have to do with anything causing the problem ?
