Not registered as developer?

I restored my phone to 7b1, and forgot to add it to the developer portal with the UDID. After doing that, it's still failing to activate saying that it's not registered. I tried restoring again, and it's still saying that. Why? I added the UDID to the devices on my account.

You didn't know? All Apple activation servers now run on the new iGarbageCan. Since most people with this issue go "around and around" repeating the same thing trying to get their devices to work, they decided to make the case a round cylinder.
