Not sure if I am having a hardware or software issue

I have a Late 2012 Mac Mini running Sierra, in the address bar in Chrome some keys do not work consistantly like M for example but I can type them just fine in other areas like this post. I am not sure if it is hardware or software issue, I using a Microsoft wireless keyboard
