Not Sure If I Have Malware etc

my Hotmail account is sending spam emails to my contacts.

I have scanned both my pc's with anti-virus and Malwarebytes and both are clean and nothing was picked up.

my only other device are my iPad and MacBook, is there anything I can use to scan these

I'd change your password to your account, it could be malware or it could be someone hacked into your hotmail account and is sending spam to your contacts.

No, it is not. Spammers are spoofing your account. The spammers only pretend that their messages were sent by your account [and from the accounts of others who are equally innocent].

Spoofing is easily checked by looking to see what the actual e-mail address the mail was sent from.
