Not sure what AT&T did to my iPhone

I did an upgrade from iPhone 4. He did actiavation and told me it should be working in 2 hours.

My old iPhone has perfect service, new one says No service, but I don't see any warnings about activation or Sim card.
 
It seems like it is activated, just no service.
