Not sure what RAM to buy for my late 2008 MacBook

I've noticed that my late 2008 MacBook could use a jump in speed when working with photos and using photoshop. I have 2gb. of RAM now and would like to upgrade to 4gb. But, I'm unsure of what I should buy. Right now I have 667MHz RAM. Does it make sense for me to get 800MHz RAM this time around? Will my MacBook accept it?

I would think just go with 667MHz Ram. I have 4 Gbs of 667Mhz and my macbook pro runs great. with photoshop and working with photos. I would defiantly recommend upgrading.
