Not sure where my mail messages have gone

I can not view my mail messages - the window is there and all the accounts and trash etc. are listed - but can not get mail to come up. I know it is something really simple I just can figure it out. Not sure what I did to make them hide. Help please.

Have you tried clicking the "Get Mail" button??

Or you can right click on your inbox and select the "Get new mail from...."

Try and tell us!!

Thanks for the ideas. I did both, all the old messages not erased are not visible either. I tried several different things. Restarting, different views, etc. Only after restarting like the third time did they come back. Hmmmm
