When I sync the MacBook to iPhone the times on the iPhone are 1 hour off. I checked the settings on both the phone and macbook and they are set correctly. Why when I add an appt on the MacBook for 8 AM it appears on the iPhone as 7 AM?

Not synching correct time from MacBook

You can also check under iCal>Preferences>Advanced and see if "turn on time zone support" is on or off. Trying turning off if on and resync or turning on it off.
