I downloaded a couple apps that I have already purchased. They are in my iTunes library.

I went to the App Store on my iPhone and put in my password, it just started downloading them as if I didn't own them. Did not alert me that I already bought it.

Anyone else?

Yeah I hate that. I wish Apple would some how show on the AppStore that you have purchased something previously instead of having to go through receipts. I download so many apps that it gets hard to remember which ones I have bought.

I use this app called Shopper and have a list going where I put in every single app as I buy them and I have the shopping list sync with all of my other iDevices so I know what I have bought before without having to go through Apple's insane receipt system.

Anyway, if you have the receipt for it. Get it off iTunes and send them a report if they charged you twice.

Hmmmm the receipt says "FREE" after the app. I'm just wondering why there's no prompt anymore. Did the app store change it's policy's again?
