it's kinda annoying to see many apps still havent taken advantage of the larger iphone 5's screen size, especially when watching youtube videos... is anyone experiencing this too?

Seriously? The phone has only been out for two days and was announced eleven days ago. Then you have to account for the time it takes to redesign your apps to take advantage of the extra real estate in the best way possible. Then you have wait while 600,000+ other apps are being submitted to the App Store at the same time. Then Apple has to verify the legitimacy of the Apps prior to publishing them to the App Store.

Ever heard of a thing called patience.

then why did i even buy this phone then??? exact same as iphone 4 sigh...

heh heh, don't wait, just return the Iphone now, buy an S3 for a few months, sell the S3 when everything is ready for you and then buy the iphone back. You will be out a couple hundred dollars but a lot happier )

No need to be mean guys. But yeah, this is pretty standard once the screen resolution is updated. We had to wait for iPad apps, retina apps, and iPad retina apps ha-ha. Just chill, they'll come :)

Keep in mind. This was announced less than 2 weeks ago and has been on the market for about 36 hrs. Give developer some time my dude

....You do know...apps aren't made out of magical dusts right? They take time to code...etc.

If it bothers you that much, return the phone and get it later.

Yeah, I'm itching too. Biggest surprise? That Angry Birds games haven't been updated. Rovio is a huge developer for the iPhone and they already have 16x9 art (Android) so I thought for sure their apps would be updated on launch day.

Biggest desire? An alternate browser. Dolphin, Atomic and Chrome are all still letterboxed, so I'm suffering with Safari until they update one of them (Dolphin is my favorite).

What I'm most glad for that has been updated? Pulse. I use Pulse more than most any other app, so I am very grateful it's up to date.
