I've gotten the new iPhone on the day it came out each year since the original. Even though it's supposed to be a two year contract I've always been eligible for the lowest price when I've ordered (done at apple store, AT&T and online in years past) for some reason this time I'm getting quoted a price $250 more. Anyone else seeing this? Any ways around this?

The way around is not to wait until the last minute. If you would have called AT&T a few days ago, been courteous & asked, they'd accomodate you. That's how I advised two friends and it worked out well for them.

I got my 4S the first day but AT&T fixed mine weeks ago to full upgrade, do not understand why your has not changed, too!

Yes people are seeing this, thats why there are many many many other threads already started about the topic. The time you spent creating a new thread would have been better served reading one of the existing threads.
