Not working on cellular after switching to T-Mobile.

Every since Sprint switched over to T-Mobile my watch will not work on cellular. I've been on the phone with them for hours and they are lost. Anyone else have this problem?

Nope. I also had sprint but my conversion to t mobile went fine. I did have a problem when I upgraded watches ( from t mobile to t mobile) but they were able to sort it out pretty quickly.
