Yup. I don’t know why anyone wants FaceID on the Mac so badly anyway. Your hands are already going to be on/near the keyboard.

Disagreed. FaceID will end up on Mac just watch, when you open the lid instant unlock no need to touch keyboard. Honestly I forgot how much I hated TouchID after using my iPad mini. FaceID can fit in the screen has nothing to do with thickness 1080p camera can fit why not FaceID? even if it's not thin enough Apple will make the module thinner.
