Note 2 scene mode camera bug?

Hi

I noticed when I set a scene mode on my Note 2 (AT&T, 4.1.2), such as landscape or portrait, it doesn't stick. After I view an image I just took and come back to the camera app, scene mode has reset back to "none".

I don't think any of the other settings are doing that. Do you think this is maybe a bug?
