Hi All,

I'm a student and would like to be able to type up my notes on both my Mac and iPad. I do Physics which involves writing a lot of equations and Greek letters, and occasionally drawing diagrams and graphs. I can't find any note taking app (which is preferably available on both Mac and iPad) that can do all of these things easily and quickly while also being able to type text alongside it, so I currently just use pen and paper. I would love do be able to do this electronically though, does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks!

www.evernote.com

It works on OS X, iOS, Windows, and a web browser. It's also free, unless you want to pay $45 per year for the premium version.

Have you had a look at Notability?

There's also 7NotesHDPremium for iPad. It doesn't have a mac version, but you could sync your notes via dropbox or send them to Evernote for accessing them on your mac.
