Hello,
I currently have lecture notes including audio saved in notebook layout in Word 2008 on my Mac. I am trying to send in an email just the text of the document - however when i copy and paste the text the email becomes too large because it seems to take the whole size of the document (e.g. text plus audio) which is sometimes as long as 8 hours worth of audio.
Is there a simple way to copy just the text? I have tried converting the document into a different layout within Word (e.g. print layout) but this always ends up with Word crashing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers

There might be an easier way but if you go to Tools then Audio Notes and delete audio notes you should be able to just copy the text. After copying the text you can just undo your action and the audio will be back.

This is slightly risky approach so test it out first.
