Notepad for Mac

I need to convert a feed from Mac ANSI to Ds/Windows and encoded in UTF-8. I'm told that if I use Notepad (for windows) that will take care of it.

Is there a Notepad for Mac that saves the file in Dos/Windows UTF-8?

Not in a default install, but Textwrangler will probably do it for you.

i have a number of web sites that i use to list my properties for my commercial real estate business and would like to copy and paste text from one site to the other and make slight changes for seo purposes. I believe that when I copy from one site to another I also copy code which would affect the way the search engines read the site. I only require a program to simply clean out the text (I am copying) to paste into my other web site. Does text edit do this or can you recommend another basic software to do this?
