Hi folks!
Wondering if anyone could help me out. I have been using XPad for a while now, but I need something a bit more functional.
Basically I have an art-based practice, and my work is both heavy graphic design and fine art. I have a huge collection of physical sketchbooks that I use for processing and production of work.
I'm trying to translate all this to digital, as much as I like the aesthetic of a sketch/work book, a lot of material is web-based, i.e. I will pull images, texts, essays, from the net and I want to store all this together.
Another thing that would be great is some form of indexing, almost like a rolladeck, to store random ideas and thoughts that may get used in the future and put on the back burner.
Xpad is great, but if i have any more than 30 documents, it just gets hard to flip and navigate though it all.
Also, ideally, i want a slim, easy to use program, nothing to big and clunky.
I love stickies too, but i often have like 20+ on my widgets window.
Anyway, ive waffled on long enough, what do you use?
