Notes and random info...

Hi... For years, I used a Windows PC on my desktop, and recently changed it for an iMac... In Windows, I used Info Select, a program that allowed me to place notes and random info, which I could search. What would be an equivalent program for Mac OS, that would allow me to also access the info on my iPad and iPhone?
