Notes App Acting Up

I usually save a lot on my notes app but after IOS 7 i have noticed when i save something on it after a couple of days it disappears on my iPhone, but i can still see it on my MAC.

I just restored it thinking it will sync all my notes after this but it didn't.

I see all the notes written on my MAC but not all appears on my iPhone and both emails on both MAC and iPhone are the same......

Anyone knows how to solve this issue
