Notes app folders on Watch?

I'm sure I read folders for Notes are supported if under iCloud? My notes are all synced okay but it's just one long list. I have a couple of folders set up in Notes on my iPhone to keep things organised but I cannot see a way to select the folders on my watch. Am I missing something?
