notes app help!

I'm trying to have my notes app sync with both my computer and gmail account, but have it where if I accidently delete a note on say the notes app, it won't disappear from the gmail, but instead go in the trash, or something. For some reason I've had way too many notes disappear and not be able to recover them

The whole point of syncing is so you don't do the work 2 times. In other words, if you add/edit/delete a note it's automatically done in all other places unless there is a specific option to not delete from the server (like in the case of e-mails). I don't know if Gmail notes have this option.

Ah, I see what you're trying to do. I keep icloud notes and then copy/paste important notes into Gmail notes as well for backup.
