Lately the Notes app on my iPhone 7 Plus running iOS 13.4 doesn't default to the last note that was on the screen after closing it and opening it up. It seems to randomly pick a note and then that note is always shown when I open the app. Then after a few days another note becomes the default. I never used to have issues with this App until the last several updates. I've rebooted numerous times and completely turned the phone off, but it keeps doing this. Any suggestions...besides getting a new phone.

Just to reassure you my iPhone 7 on the same iOS does exactly the same thing. Nothing I have tried seems to change that. I can see some logic in it, insofar that it assumes you want to access your last note first. I think it is designed that way.
