Notes app on macbook Air (M1) uses 60 - 90% of M1 CPU and 30-40% of entire macbook battery during one hour

I work a lot with notes on my macbook air (m1) and every time i have the app notes open it drains my battery really fast (like 30-40% of my macbook battery per hour) . when i check the cpu usage it uses between 60 - 90% of the entire M1 CPU, and after 15 min or so the back of my macbook gets hot. Only way make this stop is to kill note processes (doesnt help to minimize it, it must be killed).

I ONLY have this problem on my macbook air (m1) and not my mac mini (m1) that i have at home

Does anyone know how to fix this? Its starting to really annoy me.

I’d recommend signing out of iCloud restarting and log into again. This fixed some sync issues for me.

that works for like 5 min or so, then the CPU goes bat **** crazy again
