Notes app that can sync on web and desktop

Is there any easy iPhone app that will sync on the desktop?

What I am looking to do, I need a keep track on parking space and arrival time, for this I have been using notes buildinto my iphone but cannot gain access to it via desktop or web.

Also OneNote which has a lot more features than Evernote or others.
