Notes app that syncs Bren iPad & iPhone

Does anyone know of a simple notes app that syncs between the iPad & iPhone? I love Shop Shop and use it for many things actually but there's no sync btwn the two.

I don't need a l lot of bells & whistles, just simple notes & tasks. Also, it would be great if i didnt have to buy a separate app for each device. Thanks!

Check out simplenote or plaintext. Both are free and have universal versions that sync between devices.

Of the two, I prefer plaintext because simplenote was acting kind of flaky for a while (deleting parts of synced notes). You'll need a dropbox account to sync with plaintext.

Simple note is good, but I'll check out plaintext. I've also been using Evernote, which is fantastic

I love Evernote but I use it mostly for work and is more than i need for just simple lists/general notes. I will check out the other two apps. Thanks!
